The STC now allows installation of 29 inch tires as well as 8.50x10 tires on 51 basic models of aircraft including many tricycle gear aircraft with the Airglas nose fork. Our shaved 29 inch tire is now STC approved also! It has a supple tread area with an appropriate amount of stiffness in the sidewall and a very reasonable weight.
