Myrtle Beach Aviation Transport is licensed and fully insured, meeting all DOT regulations, and is ready to assist with your transport needs. Operating out of its hub in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, MBAT offers professional and courteous service, and includes complete build-out and packaging, allowing our customers to take a hands-off approach. We do it all. From start to finish, from soup to nuts - you can relax while we package, protect and transport. We transport locally, regionally and nationally. Our Process

  • Our main goals are to safely load, unload and transport
  • Capable of loading and unloading, independently
  • Pricing is based on back haul availability. However, we do offer time-sensitive pick up and delivery
  • Myrtle Beach Aviation Transport will supply all materials, straps, padding and necessary equipment to transport planes safely and professionally
  • For planes that require cradles to support the plane during transport, Myrtle Beach Aviation Transport will provide the wood, padding and tools to build on-site at the pick up location. The cradle will be left at the delivery location, and so there is no need for the receiving individual or facility to make special preparations for the delivery
  • Customers receive progress updates at the end of each day, including trip details and photos
  • Information on the miles traveled, and estimated mileage to destination will also be provided

A mechanic discovered a crack in the wheel well of my Glasair III which made landing the aircraft potentially unsafe. Due to the pandemic, I was having trouble finding composite specific talent to effect the repair so I began shopping for transportation of my aircraft to a specialty shop practically across the country. I selected MBAT due to their specific experience with another Glasair. Damien arrived ahead of schedule and worked alongside us in disassembling the aircraft and loading onto his truck. He took great care in building custom cradling, padding and wrapping the aircraft for its long journey. Within a couple days he completed the trip across the country and helped the receiving shop unload the aircraft. Honest, well-priced service.“
