FORD MODEL A POWERED TUG • $1,000 • AVAILABLE FOR SALE • The Port Townsend Aero Museum is offering this antique Ford Model A powered aircraft tug for sale. This tug was overhauled by one of our supporters who donated it several years ago. It has been in dry storage and starts and runs just fine. The battery is new. The engine is pure Ford Model A and looks like it was overhauled during the restoration of the tug, although I do not know this for sure. The transmission is a manual 3 speed with a very stiff clutch. The brakes are mechanical and currently only the hand brake is working.
