This is my 82hp Rotax 627 Super. We start with the stock 582 engine with the 1995 to current 26mm crankpins. Then we use larger connecting rods that were made to matched the 670's piston. The custom CPI cylinder head adds another 2 hp+. This is the highest hp Non Rave valve engine that I sell. It includes larger bore, cut RV Disc & larger main jets. Thats the different between a stock 582 & the 627 & all of my upgrades. It uses the stock 582 exhaust & burns less gas. It's the only 80hp engine out there & there is no 4 stroke worth messing with.
