At one point it was completely assembled, but received front landing gear damage the first time off the ground. Part way through the repair the previous owner/builder lost his license and parted out the plane. Build books were lost so it will need to be registered as experimental exhibition, or each component (fuselage, wings, canard) can be used separately in an experimental amateur build.
