Rotax Rick is now selling Simonini engines. These engines from the ground up were designed for Aircraft use. There redline is low 5800 rpm with globs of low rpm torque. Thats why the Rave engines are so good. When the valve is down the cylinder port hight is correct for the 5500 rpm range that 2 stroke powered Aircraft run 95% of the time. Designed for max low rpm torque. Forget complicated overpriced 4 strokes & forget facing an overhaul that will cost more than this complete package. Most 2 stroke problems come from poor installations & operation. When done correctly there a amazing engine.

You read that right, get 75 or 80 hp from your tired 582. Our 612 or 627 kits will give you the performance Rotax wished the 582 had. They went the other way with the heavy 80hp 912 that could hardly match the 582's performance. Same exhaust & no difference in weight. We do use much larger connecting rods to handle the added power & with lower pressures on the larger pistons the TBO will be higher. We have people burning as low as 2.4 GPH Comments like I been flying 582's 40 years & never felt one hit like that one. Also super smooth. WIN WIN $2850 O/H & $575 to $775 for the 75 or 80hp kit.
