1948 C-170 • $20,000 • FOR SALE • 1948 Cessna 170 Barn find. Farmer bought it in 1981 and flew it 80 hours over the years. Kept inside his hangar until three years ago, wings were removed and placed in storage. TTAF 2607 TSOH 1650 Continental O-300A factory reman installed in 1961. 7649 Kliptip Prop. Metalized wings with 337 in records. Have all logs since new. Have cd of FAA Records. Has slight left landing gearbox issue. No intergranular corrosion of landing gear fittings. Mostly free of corrosion as it was indoors last 40 years. Left belly skin has wrinkles and slight kink in gearbox aft bulkhead.
