Were now converting the Rotax 582 into a 80hp 627cc Super Big Bore. These engines use everything I learned in the 17 years I overhauled the Rotax 2 stroke engines. They incorporate all my mods. The big news is that the 627 Super uses the stock exhaust keeping the cost down. We have been trying to do this for years, how to build the most reliable high hp Rotax 582 engines without having to break the bank. You have to start with my $2850 overhaul & your 582 requires the 26mm crankshaft for the super. The early cranks are limited to 75hp. For the 627 add $875 to the $2850 overhaul price.
